Returns and Exchanges
We will happily provide a refund, exchange or credit your purchase (including sale items) except where otherwise stated. Currently we will only refund, exchange or credit orders shipped within Australia.
In order to exchange your purchase, we request that within 7 days of receiving your goods, you email us your contact details, the Jips Fashion order number and the item code for what you would like to exchange to and then securely send the goods to us with all original packaging in an Australia Post Pre Paid Express Satchel. Please hold on to the tracking code until we have notified you of receiving the goods. We will then send you the new item/s. All postage costs will be at your own expense.
Refunds are also available; to receive a refund, you will need to email us within 7 days of receiving the goods, with your contact details, the Jips Fashion order number and then securely send the goods to us with all original packaging in an Australia Post Pre Paid Express Satchel. Please hold on to the tracking code until we have notified you of receiving the goods.We will then refund you the amount for the goods less postage and handling charge of $15 (per parcel) to cover some of our costs.
All returns (ie. regardless of exchange, credit or refund) must be in new condition, contain all tags, swing tickets and with original packaging. We strongly recommend using bubble wrap and registering the parcel when sending, as Jips Fashion accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on return to us.
